MAIN TASKS OF REHABILITATION AND SOCIAL ADAPTATION PROGRAMS
"Renaissance-Inter" methodology contains a number of tasks that arise from the main target of rehabilitation. These tasks allow patients to recover forgotten abilities and skills. Assignments are strictly differentiated depending upon the condition of the patient, stage of his rehabilitation and nature of the task. Among them:
1. Addiction causes of each patient:
-Diagnosis of social, psychological and physical condition.
-Analytical, motivational tasks
-Ascertaining level of rehabilitation potential.
2. Establishing conscious resistance to substance abuse in the patient:
-Explanation of chemical addiction
-Acquisition of control strategies related to substance abuse
-Training in relapse prevention.
3. Improving patient’s psycho-emotional state:
-Broaden-and-build positive emotions
-Recognition and rejection of dysfunctional psychological defense
-Strengthening of psychological stability and learning new strategies of internal self-regulation
4. Improving patient’s social status:
-Development of interpersonal relationships
METHODS OF PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION
1. Individual therapy
Objective - to achieve therapeutic effect by using patient’s individual traits.
-Self-analysis and written tasks
-Development of individual sobriety plan
2. Group therapy
Objective - to change patient’s thought pattern, master critical appraisal skills of own behavior and behavior of other program participants, learn new social skills, involve new patients in rehabilitation process, and grasp physiological effects of substance abuse.

3. Thematic training courses
Objective – to obtain problem-solving skills in psychological and professional areas of life.
-Principles of interpersonal relationships

Objective – to ensure a more successful addiction treatment by optimizing patient’s physical condition
MONITORING PATIENT’S RECOVERY
Objective – to track patient’s physical and mental condition based on their participation in group and individual therapy, their self-analysis and content of their written tasks. Monitoring is carried out in accordance with our copyrighted "Criteria of Patient’s Recovery." Monitoring tracks effectiveness of recovery and dynamic of patient’s rehabilitation, making it easy to implement changes in patient’s individual treatment plan.
